Using ClaimParrot

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents, photos, recordings, claim details, and recipient information you provide.

You may use ClaimParrot only for lawful insurance claim preparation, document organization, informational analysis, reminders, and communications.

Not a law firm, insurer, or public adjuster

ClaimParrot provides software and informational content. It does not provide legal advice, medical advice, insurance adjusting services, broker services, or claim outcome guarantees.

Complex, high-value, urgent, or disputed matters should be reviewed by a licensed public adjuster, attorney, medical professional, or other qualified professional.

AI outputs

AI-generated summaries, estimates, chat responses, clauses, letters, and negotiation suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You must review all outputs before sending them to an insurer or third party.

ClaimParrot may log prompts, model names, responses, latency, token counts, and related claim context for compliance, debugging, quality, and safety purposes.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew until canceled. Subscription prices, usage-based overages, trial terms, and taxes are shown at checkout. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Business-tier usage may include per-appeal overages. We may suspend paid features if payment fails or if use creates security, compliance, or fraud risk.

Third-party delivery services

Email, SMS, fax, and physical mail are provided through third-party networks and providers. Delivery times, carrier rules, recipient systems, and postal processing are outside ClaimParrot's full control.

You are responsible for confirming recipient addresses, fax numbers, email addresses, insurer claim numbers, and deadlines before sending.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse AI features, scrape the service, impersonate others, submit fraudulent claims, violate privacy rights, or use ClaimParrot to harass recipients.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for activity that threatens users, providers, infrastructure, legal compliance, or product integrity.

Intellectual property

ClaimParrot software, design, prompts, brand assets, and documentation are owned by ClaimParrot or its licensors. Users retain rights to their uploaded documents and claim information.

You grant ClaimParrot the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, and deliver your content to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available and as is, without warranties of claim success, uninterrupted access, regulatory fit for every jurisdiction, or error-free AI output.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClaimParrot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
