Legal Disclaimer
ClaimParrot helps organize insurance information and draft communications, but it is not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

ClaimParrot is not a law firm
ClaimParrot does not provide legal advice, form attorney-client relationships, represent users, negotiate with insurers on a user's behalf, or appear before courts, regulators, or review boards.
Letters, chat responses, policy summaries, and negotiation suggestions are informational drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use them.
No outcome guarantee
Insurance decisions depend on policy language, facts, documentation, state rules, claim history, insurer procedures, deadlines, and reviewer judgment.
ClaimParrot cannot guarantee approval, appeal success, payment amount, timing, external review results, or litigation outcomes.
AI limitations
AI can misread documents, miss exclusions, overstate leverage, hallucinate citations, or generate language that does not fit a specific jurisdiction or policy.
Always compare AI output against the original policy, denial letter, EOB, claim file, and insurer instructions before sending.
When to get licensed help
Consider a licensed public adjuster, attorney, medical billing advocate, or qualified professional for high-value claims, suspected bad faith, injuries, urgent health care, lawsuits, examinations under oath, fraud allegations, or complex coverage disputes.
For emergencies, medical care, safety issues, or active legal deadlines, contact qualified professionals directly and do not wait for software output.
Regulatory and state differences
Insurance rules, complaint processes, limitation periods, external review rights, and public adjuster requirements vary by jurisdiction and claim type.
ClaimParrot may display deadline estimates or regulator links, but users must verify deadlines and filing requirements with the insurer, policy, regulator, or licensed professional.
Communications sent through ClaimParrot
Email, fax, mail, and SMS tools help transmit information, but they do not prove that an insurer accepted a filing or that a deadline was satisfied.
Keep copies, delivery confirmations, tracking numbers, fax receipts, and insurer acknowledgments in your claim file.
